Every December, YouTube blesses us with a recap.

For most people, it’s cute.

For me?

It was a performance review.

A character certificate.

A career booster disguised as a slideshow.

And honestly… I passed with distinction.

🌟 Personality Type: “The Self-Improver”

YouTube says only 2% of people fall into this category.

Which basically means:

👉 I am rare.

👉 I am elite.

👉 I automatically qualify for a LinkedIn influencer badge.

👉 My brain is running ChatGPT on the inside.

This personality is for people who:

  • Learn constantly

  • Don’t waste time

  • Use YouTube as a productivity tool

Meanwhile, others are still watching “cat meowing compilation 6-hour version.”

Not judging… but also judging. 😂

🤖 Top Interest #1: AI Technology

YouTube politely said:

“You watched a LOT of videos on how AI is changing the world.”

Translation:

👉 Arun was preparing for world domination.

👉 Please hire him before he becomes too smart.

👉 He is basically building Jarvis at home.

Thank you, YouTube.

Finally someone noticed my greatness.

📈 Top Interest #2: Market Analysis

YouTube thinks I analyze markets.

Actually I watch:

  • Stock predictions

  • Tech company breakdowns

  • Economic trends

  • “Why the market crashed today?” at 2am (purely for entertainment)

But yes… it still makes me look like a CEO doing research on global expansion.

I’ll take it. ✔

😂 Top Interest #3: Stand-Up Comedy

Because after watching 5 hours of AI videos, even my neurons need a vacation.

Also:

  • Good for mental health

  • Good for mood

  • And most importantly…

If AI ever replaces humans, at least I’ll laugh on my way out.

📺 Top Channels: A Balanced Diet

YouTube shows this beautiful combination:

NetworkChuck + Bloomberg Technology + Sony SAB

Meaning:

I can learn Kubernetes in the morning…

Analyze world economics in the afternoon…

And watch light-hearted comedy with family at night.

This is what HR calls “work-life balance”.

Please note, HR. I’ve achieved it.

🎶 Top Artists: The Musical Version of My Personality

My playlist is exactly like me:

Energetic (DSP, Anirudh)

Emotional (Mohit Chauhan)

Mass + Class (Ramana Gogula, Nakul Abhyankar)

When I work, these songs boost productivity.

When I’m tired, they boost mood.

When I dance… well, let’s not talk about that. 💃🕺

📅 My Year, According to YouTube

This part was unintentionally hilarious.

🌱 Early 2025: Explored AI Tools

Yes, I was on a “become smarter than my laptop” mission.

📼 Mid 2025: Watched Movie Recaps

Because who has 3 hours to watch a movie?

Just give me 12 minutes and let me judge the entire plot.

💡 Late 2025: Focused on Personal Growth

This is basically YouTube saying:

“Arun’s glow-up arc has started.”

🧠 The Sides of Me

YouTube decided I am:

Tech-savvy

(Thank you, I accept this compliment.)

Curious

(Also true. I watch documentaries for fun. Very normal behaviour.)

Resourceful

(Meaning: I Google everything before asking anyone.)

Honestly… these are EXACTLY the traits every employer loves.

So yes, dear recruiters, this recap is attached to my resume now.

🌟 Career Boost: How My YouTube Habits Make Me a Better Professional

Let me translate my recap into corporate language:

  • AI videos → I stay ahead of tech trends.

  • Market analysis → I understand business strategy.

  • Comedy → I maintain mental stability during broken deployments.

  • Documentaries → I can think long-term and communicate well.

  • Tech reviews → I buy gadgets responsibly (finance team, note this).

  • Personal growth videos → I upgrade myself continuously.

Basically, YouTube has certified that I am:

✔ Smart

✔ Balanced

✔ Curious

✔ Emotionally stable

✔ Improving every day

✔ A premium version of myself (Arun 2.0)

🎯 Final Thoughts (with healthy confidence)

My 2025 YouTube Recap didn’t just show what I watched.

It showed who I am becoming:

A tech-savvy, curious, growth-driven Self-Improver

…with a sense of humor

…a taste for great music

…and a brain that refuses to stay average.

If 2025 was preparation,

2026 will be execution.

And trust me – I’m just getting started.
